The cooperative society "Organizzazione EUR" started in 1989 as a result of the juridical transformation of the homonymous Association: all the members are asserted musicians, singing artists, producers and conservatory teachers.
The numerous cooperations with Local Authorities, Associations and Theatres of Tradition induced the society to prevalently develop opera productions both self-managed and for third parties with participations in Italy (Imperia, Taranto, Padua, Mantua, Bolzano, Todi and numerous other minor centres) and abroad (Besançon, Nevers, Salon-de-Provence, Madrid, Tarragona, La Coruna, Lèon, and others).
In 1995 the society "Organizzazione EUR" obtained the registration into the Albo delle Imprese Liriche (Register of the Opera Firms) at the "Dipartimento Spettacolo della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri dello Stato Italiano" (now called Ministero per i Beni e le Attività Culturali) according to the Italian Law "Legge n. 800/67".
In 1999 EUR Organization carried out the first commissions as an Opera Firm on behalf of organizations that benefit by state contributions (Reggio Calabria's provincial administration and the "Pro Miranda" Turistic Association - Isernia), during the year 2000 others Local Authorities join: "Azienda Autonoma Turismo di Siracusa", "Comune di Umbertide (PG)", "Curia Vescovile di Isernia-Venafro", "Comune di Cerisano" and starting from 2003 the "Comune di Misterbianco" and the "Ente luglio musicale trapanese" with the summer and winter opera productions.
The Local Authorities (Regions, Provinces, Communes, Tourist Agencies, between Communes Associations, Mountain Communities, Dioceses ecc.) willing to realize grant-in-aid opera performances availing themselves with one of the opera firms enrolled into the Ministerial Register, find in "Organizzazione EUR" the perfect partner both for the project and for the management of all the administrative affairs.
EUR Organization grants a high artistic level.
Our administrative staff is willing to manage already planned musical and theatrical events, from the control of expenditure to the professional organization of the artists.
